  • Paid Time Off (PTO) Hours accrue for vacation, personal time, illness, etc. based on length of service:
    • 0-1 years, 18 days
    • 1-5 years, 20 days
    • 6-15 years, 25 days
    • 16-25 years, 30 days
    • 25+ years, 35 days
  • Bereavement Leave: LRWRA offers leave to provide time for planning and mourning after the loss of an immediate family member. An employee may take up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave, equivalent to the number of hours of an employee's standard workday, for a death in their or their spouse's immediate family.
  • Paid Caregiver Leave: LRWRA provides two weeks of Paid Caregiver Leave at 80% of employee's rate of pay for the following purposes to qualified employees*:
    • Birth of an employee's child and to care for the child.
    • Placement of a child with the employee for adoption or foster care.
    • To care for the employee's spouse, child, or parent who has a serious health condition.
      * Employees are qualified for the PCL if they have worked for LRWRA for at least 12 months, have worked at least 1,250 hours over the past 12 months prior to the request for PCL, and are not qualified for other types of paid leave, such as Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, or other employer-sponsored supplemental plans.

  • 401(a) Money Purchase Plans. Funded by Employee/Employer match.
  • 457 Deferred Compensation Plans. Supplemental pre-tax plan. Funded entirely by employee.
  • Roth IRA Plans. After-tax plan where earnings accumulate tax-free. Funded entirely by employee.
