The future of the One Water we all share is in the hands of children and youth everywhere. It’s important to equip them now with the knowledge they’ll need to make good decisions about water, water usage and water reclamation later.
LRWRA dedicates this section to parents and educators who are the keys to developing informed ratepayers for the One Water. One Future. shared by all. We have age-appropriate activities designed to help students learn about the water cycle, water conservation and reclamation, and even careers with water.
We can help children form good water usage habits by educating them young. Below are links to fun, educational resources to familiarize children in elementary school with the basics of the water cycle and water conservation.
